Monthly Pay-As-You-Go Snow Removal Service

  1. Service Overview
    The Monthly Pay-As-You-Go Snow Removal Service (“Service”) provides snow removal on a monthly basis for your selected property. Service includes the agreed-upon areas as specified in your service agreement (e.g., front sidewalk, driveway, etc.).

  2. Billing and Payment

    • You will be billed at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month’s snow removal services.

    • Payment must be received by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension or termination of service.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    • You may cancel the Service at any time without penalty.

    • To cancel, please provide written notice via email or phone at least two (2) days before the end of the current billing cycle to ensure no additional charges.

    • If canceled mid-month, the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be applied.

  4. Scope of Service

    • Snow removal is performed as per agreed terms based on the area specified at signup. Any changes to service areas or additional requests may incur additional charges.

    • Service is provided within reasonable time frames following snowfall, as determined by Alpha Dog Property Services, and may vary based on weather conditions and operational demands.

  5. Liability

    • Alpha Dog Property Services is committed to delivering safe and efficient snow removal. However, we are not liable for any slip-and-fall incidents or other accidents that may occur on the property.

    • Customers are responsible for notifying Alpha Dog Property Services of any specific hazards or areas requiring extra attention.

  6. Weather and Service Limitations

    • Service is provided following measurable snowfall as defined by local weather conditions. Extreme weather conditions may impact service schedules.

  7. Amendments

    • Alpha Dog Property Services reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
